Your first retreat and workshop. We introduce your leadership team to the HQ Method, reveal your first Process Guide, and establish the habits and rhythms that will carry the next twelve months.

One Process Guide every 4 to 13 weeks. Each one practiced, reviewed, and embedded before the next arrives. This is not a curriculum dump. It’s a cadence.

Your managers don’t get handed tools and left alone. We train, support, and check in throughout the engagement.

Every quarter: Review, Analyze, Optimize. We look at what’s working, what isn’t, and where to focus next.

Measured twice a year. The Shadow tracked every cycle. You see exactly how far you’ve come — and exactly where to go next.

At the end of year one, clients who want to continue working with us have their monthly fee adjusted based on how much their business has grown in the previous twelve months. That’s not a loyalty discount. That’s the model.
